I design for the people software usually forgets.
I'm a product designer who starts with research and ends with something you can use. Most of my work lives at the point where accessibility, information architecture and real-world constraints collide — the messy middle where a nice mockup meets a locked layout, a tight budget, or a user the original design never considered.
I'm happiest diagnosing the problem behind the brief. I watch how people actually behave, I read the difference between what works elsewhere and what's failing here, and I'm honest about what I can and can't prove. AI tooling has made exploration cheap; the judgement about which direction serves the person on the other side of the screen is still the job.

Product Designer
Research-led product work for B2B and consumer clients — information architecture, content strategy and end-to-end design under real constraints.
UX Researcher & Designer
Qualitative studies on accessibility and inclusive design — kiosks, gamified learning, self-service interfaces — one of them peer-reviewed and published.
Designer
End-to-end interface work across e-commerce and consumer products, from personas and Lean UX through to high-fidelity, tested prototypes.
AI and I are not the same tool.
I use AI every day, and it's genuinely changed how fast I can work. But speed isn't the same as judgement. Here's the line I draw — the left column is what the tools are brilliant at, the right is the part that stays mine.
| AI does | I do |
|---|---|
Generates | Questions |
Produces | Evaluates |
Iterates | Decides |
Predicts | Understands |
AI accelerates. I decide. The interesting work isn't generating ten options — it's knowing which one belongs in front of a real person, and why.
